Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State capital will be agog from Friday to Sunday April 21 to 23, 2023 as an international Evangelist, Rev. (Ambassador) Theodore Effiong storms the State.
Rev. Theodore Effiong a Nigerian and British dual citizen is a widely traveled evangelist and has ministered the gospel of Christ on five Continents of the world. A teacher, author, pastor and revivalist is the Assistant District Superintendent of Assemblies of God Church, Calabar District, where he pastors one of the largest Assemblies of God churches in Nigeria. Theodore has run prayer city, an interdenominational prayer altar where thousands of people gather from over 40 denominations every Wednesday for dynamic prayer and fasting since 1992 till date.
The three days power-packed revival programme christened, “Subdue the Land To Recover Our Inheritance” organized by Faithful Messengers Ministry, the City of David at the Church Auditorium, 5 Brown Close, Ikot Ekpuk Itam, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State from Friday to Sunday April 21-23, 2023 at 5pm daily, as Sunday special service will be by 8am, while Ministers Conference tagged, “Blood and Fire Conference” will take place on Saturday by 9am.
A release signed by the chief host, Apostle David Davidson and made available to Century Newsfront indicates that the land needs divine visitation as it has passed through a series of tempestuous moments as a result, indigenes and dwellers are yet to fulfill their promised destinies in God hence, the spiritual outing, “the three days will be impactful, full of impartation and anointing of the Holy Ghost, the Guest minister is a man of God specially prepared by God for the end time harvest. I am convinced that with his visit to the land of Akwa-Abasi Ibom State, those who were bound for years will be delivered”.
