Permanent site of the West African Examination Council (WAEC) has been invaded by suspected criminals in Uyo.
The hoodlums numbering 10, Century Newsfront gathered that broke through the front fence of the premises around 1am of today November 11, 2018 with dangerous weapons such as axe, hammers, saw, chisels etc and also suspected to have been armed.
Findings from Century Newsfront reveals that though no live was lost but they broke into the ‘strong room’ where WAEC question papers are stored and found nothing but went aware with laptops and other valuables from administrative section. It was also gathered that car batteries, motorcycle and other items were stolen while one of the security personnel was brutally injured and strapped down. Watch out for details.
