As the world finally opens up, it is with great pleasure and anticipation; we look forward to gracing the skies with you again.
At Ibom Air, we have gone to great lengths to ensure your safety and comfort, in addition to our traditional hospitality. Our aircrafts have been thoroughly cleaned and carefully disinfected, but more than that, when you fly on Ibom Air’s modern Bombardier CRJ 900 aircraft, you are assured of the cleanest cabin air in the domestic airspace with our High Efficiency Particulate air filter, HEPA.  The HEPA system thoroughly filters the air in the aircraft cabin every 2 to 3 minutes during a flight, continuously removing more than 99% of particles in the air including microscopic organisms such as bacteria and viruses, therefore, rest assured that we are prepared, ready and waiting to receive you.
While we have been careful to put in precautionary measures in place for your safety in keeping with government, regulatory, health safety and environmental measures, we would like you to take careful note of the following:

• Passengers are advised to have minimal escorts to the airport at departure as access to airport will be denied to non-travelers.
• Ensure you put on a face mask prior to arriving at the airport.
• maintain social distance at every stage of the airport processes
• Go through routine temperature screening
• Make use of hand sanitizers provided at the airport or at Ibom Air counters.

To ensure a seamless check in process, do note that our counters will be opened three (3) hours prior to boarding, and the check-in process shall close one hour before boarding. We kindly advise that you plan your travel time accordingly while also keeping in mind  the following tips;

• Where possible, purchase tickets online.
• Take advantage of our  online check in platform to reduce wait time.
• Travel light; limit your carry-on bag to a maximum of one.
• Have with you additional face mask and hand sanitizers.
