A native of Akwa Ibom State, Monday Jacob Antia from Ikot Antia Ididep in Ibiono Ibom local government, next neighbor to Ikot Onko, village to Sen. Ita Enang, the Senior Special Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on Senior Special Assistant to the President on Niger Delta, says he has permanent solution to the dreaded pandemic, coronavirus otherwise known as COVID-19.
Mr. Antia, a retired federal civil servant and former Head of Department of Chemistry, Federal Government Girls College (FGCC), Abaji in Abuja says that he discovered the drug in 1974 the case of the young man took him four days after one week of the sickness, “I know what I am doing, I am always on the BBC, I know all the symptoms of COVID-19 and this young man had almost all of them such as severe heart pains, weakness, cough etc for one week or there about and I started the treatment on Sunday March 29, 2020 and by Wednesday April 1, 2020 he was perfectly cured of the virus and now, he has resumed his work”, he narrated.
A graduate of Chemistry from the University of Lagos said that many people are dying silently in communities as a result of the dreaded virus and urgent steps has to be taken by the government to help the vulnerable, “one woman on seeing the cure of this young man exclaimed, ‘if I have met you before now, my husband would not have died’”. In a chat with Century Newsfront the young man who gave his name as Nsikak Uwem Edet from Mbiabam Ididep in Ibiono Ibom local government but resides in Ikot Ayan in Itu local government area said he had some symptoms, “such as weakness, severe heart pains, cough and general inconveniences and I went for tests in the hospital, but since I don’t have money, I went back home until I was introduced to this man who gave me local medicine and now, I am perfectly well and sound”, he explained.
