We Won’t Tolerate Violence, Rigging – Hajia Nana Khadijat Warns Yahaya Bello, INEC

The Kogi State Coordinator, Kogi For Atiku and a Contestant for Kogi State House of Assembly, Hajia Khadijat Nana Yahaya has warned Governor Yahaya Bello not to contemplate using violence to stave off his impending defeat adding that Kogi people have had enough of him and are ready to boot him out in the November 16 Governorship poll in the state.

Speaking to newsmen from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, UAE, via Skype, Khadijat explained Bello who is also the governorship candidate of the All Progressive Candidate, APC is living on borrowed time which would elapse by November and in order to avert disastrous defeat, the APC supporters in the state are hell-bent on fomenting crisis, “I call on Yahaya Bello not give in to the temptation to allow his supporters to use violence or force to cause cancellation of results. From all indications, they know Bello will be disgracefully defeated and therefore they are planning to foment crisis so that results of polling units should cancel which will culminate in massive rigging. We are not ready to tolerate any such antics”, she said.

The Coordinate of Kogi for Atiku went further to caution the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC not to give in to forces within and outside Kogi who are bent on imposing Bello on Kogi by most crook means, “In the same vein, I will advise INEC not to allow their staffers to be used to manipulate the November 16 elections. We know that there are external and internal agents who want to rig the APC to victory, I can assure them that they will fail woefully, she added.

Similarly, Hajia Khadijat urged Kogi citizens to come out massive to vote for Engineer Musa Wada the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in the forthcoming electoral contest. She added that Yahaya was a colossal failure and voting him back would mean relegating state further into infinite poverty and underdevelopment, “Don’t vote a man that could not pay your salaries, a man that could not commission one single project for four years.  If you want peace, tranquillity, harmony, constant salary payment and development projects come out on the 16 of November and vote Musa Wada”.

Hajia Khadijat also asked the PDP governorship candidate Wada not to let the people of Kogi down when he is elected Governor come November 16.
