…As Study Centre Brought Nearer To Candidates

An open-ended and lifelong opportunity has been brought to aspiring academics and those desiring to join teaching profession as a career.
This opportunity came sequel to the approval given by the certificate issuing Institution, National Teachers Institute (NTI) through various partner institutions. This hint was dropped in a press release Signed by the Rector, Peace Poly who also doubles as Abak Zonal Coordinator, NTI Programmes, Prof. Peace E. Udosen recently and made available to Century Newsfront. The message reads in part, “ Peace Institute of Management and Technology (Peace Poly) located along KM 4 Ikot Abasi Road Mbarakom, Abak local government area, Akwa Ibom State, 
an approved and accredited higher Institution listed in JAMB Brochure is now an approved center for National Teachers Institute as Abak Zonal Center for (a. Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) (b. Bachelor Degree in Education (B.Ed) (c. Bachelor of Arts (B.A) (d. Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE)”.
Series of academic activities go on simultaneously in partnership with reputable Universities and other Higher Institutions of learning including a one-year conversion of HND to University degree according to the release, “Contact Sessions, Examinations and Certificates issuance are coordinated by NTI partner Institutions via Distance Learning; such as University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT); University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) and National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) respectively. Also ND, HND, One Year Conversion of HND to Degree, B.Sc, M.Sc/M.Ed & Ph.D Programmes from accredited Nigerian and International Universities available”.
The Abak Zonal Coordinator advises candidates to visit the NTI, Peace Poly websites or the study centre for registration formalities, “Candidates are encouraged to register online for the 2022/2023 admission online via www.nti.edu.ng & choose Peace Poly Abak as their study center during online registration or via www.peacepoly.edu.ng. Registration can also be done at the Admission Office of Peace Polytechnic Mbarakom Abak”.
Scholars are also advised to send in academic papers for publication in an International Interdisciplinary research journal, “In addition, interested persons (teachers, Lecturers and other scholars) that have interest to publish their research papers for free in a world-class; “Peace International Interdisciplinary Research Institute” (PIIRI) Journal for the October/November Edition should forward their quality papers to journals@piiri.ng.
