Senator Albert commends Champion Breweries. Says products are best brands

Lawmaker representing Akwa Ibom North East Senatorial District in the National Assembly, Senator Bassey Albert has commended Champion Breweries Plc, makers of Champion Beer and Champ Malta drinks for their strive to excel amidst enormous competition.

Senator Akpan gave the commendation in Uyo on Monday, Akwa Ibom State, when the management of Champion Breweries Plc led by the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Patrick Ejidoh  paid him a solidarity visit. He said, Champion brands in recent times have been generally accepted anywhere, by all standard and expressed optimism that, with the ingenuity of the management the sky would their limit.

Akpan also maintained that, the successes recorded by the company so far, was due to commitment and diligence to service delivery, and assured the company of his continued support and loyalty to its brands. He thanked them for the visit stating that, it would embolden him to do more for the state.

While charging them to continue in their good works, solicited for their support to Governor Udom Emmanuel’s administration to enable him steer his administration to a successful end. Senator Akpan, who was Chairman, Senate Committee on Oil/Gas in the 8^th Senate said, such backing would enable the Governor provide the democratic dividends to the people in the next tenure.

Earlier, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company, Mr Patrick Ejidoh felicitated Senator Bassey Akpan for his victory during the National Assembly elections, describing his success at the polls as the will of God. Mr Ejidoh, who narrated their success story to the Senator said, Champion Beer and Malta drinks were currently the best brands the company has produced noting that, as ‘‘Beer for Champions’’, they would continue to produce quality drinks that would stand the test of time, as well as satisfy its customers.

According to him, ‘‘we want to congratulate you for the success at the last general elections. Though, it was tough but God stood by you and made it a success., ‘It is on this note that, we say may the Lord Almighty grant you good health and wisdom to shoulder the responsibilities of your new office’’.
